Timeless Tents offers several rental packages and discounts aimed at customer satisfaction and affordability. All tent rental packages include a tent, tables, and chairs. For tent rental packages, you get your choice of 6', 8', or 63" round tables. All tent rental packages include white poly chairs. Additional fees apply to globe lighting and other accessory options. Rental prices include installation on grass surfaces only. There are additional fees that may apply for specialized installations such as on concrete, blacktop, or other non-grass surfaces. There may also be additional fees for delivery and setup/breakdown on a per-job basis. Please contact a Timeless Tents Event Specialist to discuss options for your event.

Globe Lighting

Globe lighting can be added to any package for an extra $1.00 per foot. Call to speak to a Timeless Tents representative for the total length needed for your setup.

Bistro lighting draped throughout tent. $1 per linear foot. 100 foot strands, all tent sizes have different requirements for linear foot.
